Real Time Solutions [2021 - Present]

Design Lead
Art & design lead for marketing projects through the Real Time Solutions agency. Works with multiple clients, primarily New Mexico state agencies, notably the New Mexico Department of Health, Aging & Long-Term Services, the Governor’s Office, Public Education Department, and the Health Care Authority. Rebranded CYFD in 2022, the Department of Health in New Mexico in 2023, and the Public Education Department in 2024. Collaborates seamlessly with partner agencies and contractors to create campaigns that generate results to improve the state of New Mexico.

Route 66 Casino Hotel [2019 - 2021]

Senior Graphic Designer
In-house designer for Route 66 Casino Hotel. Responsibilities included a diverse workload, including direct mail marketing, billboards, social media campaigns, package design, bus & truck wraps, apparel, email promotions, logo design, and more, including in-house production. Designed every monthly casino promotion from May 2021 to November 2021. Created physical signs on-property. Developed the “CARE Team” logo and branding, the COVID safety branding for Route 66. Designed several mail campaigns from one-time offer mailers to themed routine projects. Built the monthly core mailer informing casino guests of all current events and promotions.

Ad-Wear & Specialty of Texas [2015 - 2019]

Senior Graphic Designer
Produced artwork for apparel printing both on-property and through third party vendors. Provided custom design services, design re-creation & proofs for pre-rendered artwork. Created print-ready graphics and color separations. Streamlined the screen production process by introducing significant time-saving measures like introducing tools to improve color separations.
